1. Laboratory Management System Development. Responsible for establishing the institute’s laboratory management system; develop and improve laboratory safety management regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), emergency response plans and related management workflows; build and refine the laboratory safety accountability system, and drive the standardized management of laboratories.
2. Laboratory Construction and Operation Management. Participate in the planning, construction and daily operation management of laboratories; draft construction proposals, management plans and reporting materials; coordinate all work involved in laboratory construction, renovation and operation, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of laboratories.
3. Laboratory Safety and Risk Management. Oversee routine safety inspections, special audits, hazard rectification, and the management of hazardous chemicals and laboratory waste; organize safety education training and emergency drills; take charge of emergency response, investigation, analysis and follow-up rectification of safety incidents, and continuously improve laboratory safety management standards.
4. Research Equipment, Supplies and Asset Management. Responsible for the procurement and management of research instruments, equipment and laboratory consumables, including demand validation, budget formulation, procurement execution, contract signing, acceptance and delivery; support the daily management and resource allocation of research equipment and fixed assets in collaboration with relevant teams.
5. Research Project and Platform Management Support. Support the development of research projects and research platforms in alignment with the institute’s research needs, including project documentation preparation, process management, data statistics, inspection and acceptance, and internal and external coordination; facilitate the standardized and orderly operation of research projects and platforms.
6. Research Translation and General Administrative Support. Participate in research achievement translation, industry-university-research cooperation and other related work of the Research Translation Office; draft comprehensive documents such as proposals, reports and briefing materials; undertake cross-departmental communication and coordination, as well as other tasks assigned by leadership.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in science or engineering; majors in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, environmental engineering, safety engineering or related fields are preferred.
2.Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in universities, research institutes, tech enterprises or third-party testing institutions; candidates with experience in laboratory management, safety management, research project management or research achievement translation are preferred.
3.Familiar with laws, regulations and standards related to laboratory safety management; knowledgeable about hazardous chemicals, laboratory waste, safety inspections, hazard rectification and emergency management; capable of independently conducting laboratory safety management work.
4. Proven experience in research project management; familiar with workflows for research project application, process management, inspection and acceptance, and research platform development; candidates with experience in government-funded research project management are preferred.
5. Experience in research achievement translation, industry-university-research cooperation, technology transfer or technology project operation is preferred; candidates with understanding of research translation processes and mechanisms are preferred.
6. Familiar with procurement procedures for research instruments, equipment and laboratory consumables; candidates with experience in government procurement, tendering or fixed asset management are preferred.
7. Strong comprehensive writing skills, with experience in drafting large-scale proposals, reports, regulatory documents, project application materials or briefing materials.
8. Strong capabilities in communication and coordination, organization and implementation, problem-solving and emergency response; meticulous, highly responsible and diligent in work.
9. Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to adapt to international research cooperation and communication scenarios.
