Job responsibilities

1. Work in the fields of rehabilitation training robots, industrial exoskeleton robots, and humanoid robots.
2. Capable of completing design for the overall structure of robots, robot control, or AI research in any of these areas.
3. Track cutting-edge technology trends, analyze the adaptability and advantages of new technologies, and conduct innovative research.
4. Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualification

1. Recent PhD graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Control Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
2. Applicants must be under 35 years of age and have obtained their PhD within the last 3 years. Applicants are not allowed to apply for postdoctoral research in the same first-level discipline as their PhD-granting institution.
3. Strong research and innovation capabilities, along with a spirit of teamwork.
4. Good academic ethics and a rigorous scientific attitude, capable of meeting the job requirements.

Job responsibilities

1. Be responsible for new product development projects from concept to product launch.
2. Optimize and improve existing product lines to enhance performance and reliability.
3. Develop strategies to reduce production costs and shorten delivery times while improving product quality.
4. Collaborate with external partners to carry out joint product development projects.
5. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, specifications and production progress.
6. Develop engineering specifications and production processes.
7. Coordinate and support the production of prototypes and final products to ensure reliability and quality.
8. Create and execute assembly and testing procedures according to product specifications.
9. Identify and solve problems to achieve project goals.
10. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including manuals and project records.
11. Provide installation support, troubleshooting and repair services.
12. Provide training and support to internal teams and distributors.
13. Undertake other tasks assigned by the leader.

Qualification

1. Degree in Bioengineering, Medical Engineering, Biomedical Science, Life Science, Biotechnology or related fields.
2. 3 - 5 years of product development experience, with preference for those in the field of life science or biomedical instruments.
3. Proficient in using SolidWorks, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics is required.
4. Experience in fixture design, automation, optics, PCB design and programming is preferred.
5. Excellent teamwork spirit, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Self - motivated, with the ability to independently manage and complete tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in the development of bioanalytical instruments or diagnostic devices is preferred.
2. Familiar with regulatory standards for medical or analytical products (such as ISO, FDA, NMPA).
3. Familiar with design and testing software tools, such as CAD and simulation software.
